The Role

In this 12‑month contract role, you'll play a pivotal part in GSRA’s (Group Science and Regulatory Affairs) digital transformation - turning complex regulatory and data requirements into smart, intuitive system solutions. As the key link between compliance teams and system developers, you’ll help shape user stories, optimise digital tools, and champion best‑practice ways of working across the function.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Turn complex regulatory and ingredient requirements into smart, accurate system updates that keep our compliance and PLM tools future‑ready.
  • Empower teams by analysing and validating compliance data, ensuring our systems stay aligned with fast‑evolving global regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers and business stakeholders to shape meaningful system enhancements that drive real impact.
  • Create crisp, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that translate GSRA’s needs into intuitive digital solutions.
  • Play a key role in our digital transformation by elevating data practices, enhancing KPI visibility, and embedding best‑in‑class ways of working across the function
  • Act as PLM Product Owner, steering backlog priorities and championing developments that elevate the user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement across GSRA, promoting lean problem-solving, smarter data practices and streamlined digital workflows aligned to our strategy.

  • Work hands‑on with compliance or regulatory data, helping shape systems that stay ahead of evolving global standards.
  • Translate business needs into sharp, user‑focused stories, defining clear acceptance criteria that guide meaningful IT development.
  • Collaborate confidently with both technical teams and end users, acting as the bridge that keeps projects aligned and moving.
  • Champion continuous improvement, driving better processes, cleaner data and enhanced digital workflows - plus bring your ARAS PLM knowledge to make an immediate impact.
