The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Brand & Portfolio Specialist to join our Consumer Marketing Team.

In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager Combustibles and support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring flawless execution through strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on premium brands.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Drive the development and execution of Brand and Portfolio plans across markets, localising global toolkits and coordinating POS materials and brand assets.
  • Support campaign delivery and new brand launches by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, aligning timelines, and managing stakeholder deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and rollout of Brand Activation toolkits and mechanisms to ensure consistent, high‑impact market execution.
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for creative, media, and activation agencies, coordinating with local and in‑market partners to align calendars, ensure on‑time execution, and support briefing and brand‑planning processes.
  • Identify and collaborate with agencies capable of delivering high‑quality, premium executions across all touchpoints, strengthening overall brand activation and communication.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class, premium executions , monitoring annual brand and portfolio communication plans, identifying localisation needs, and managing packaging changes in line with internal and Group requirements.
  • Support and execute brand activation programmes with full adherence to guidelines and quality standards, driving high‑quality delivery across markets and touchpoints.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or luxury goods.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
  • High sense of ownership, resilience, proactive mindset and a hands‑on approach.
  • “Eye for premium”: ability to recognise, protect, and elevate premium craftsmanship and executions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent written and spoken Romanian and
  • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in standard office and marketing tools.
