We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Unify Test Lead - SAP S4 HANA, to join our team and drive the successful delivery of all testing phases. In this critical role, you will work closely with Global and Local IT teams, Function Leads, Business Testers, and Business Partners to ensure that testing is executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget — all while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This is a fixed term contract opportunity, immediate start and end date - January 2026. Role reports to the Programme Manager Australasia. Norwest Sydney based role with flexible work from home.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing for the Unify SAP S4 Hana transformation project, ensuring all testing phases are executed flawlessly.
  • Define and drive the testing strategy across all areas, including SIT, UAT, Performance, Security, and Automation Testing, to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global & Local IT, Tower Leads, and Business Partners, to ensure that all testing efforts align with project timelines and goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve testing challenges, ensuring risks are mitigated and issues are escalated and addressed quickly.
  • Ensure seamless execution of testing, meeting entry and exit criteria for each phase, and maintaining alignment with overall deployment plans.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, progress tracking, and high-level visibility of testing efforts.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in leading testing for large-scale, complex SAP S4 Hana programmes or similar IT transformations.
  • Strong expertise in managing multiple test phases (SIT, UAT, Performance, Security) and implementing automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities, with a focus on delivering results and mitigating project risks.
  • A passion for quality, delivering excellent results, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
