The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Transactional Buyer to carry out the purchase process of a selected group of materials and services in cooperation with business requestors and Category Buyers.

Join our team and become a key player in building strong, collaborative relationships with our internal clients and financial teams. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful change. You'll identify and execute initiatives that enhance value, boost efficiency, and standardize processes within ITG.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Creating and managing changes to suppliers and materials master data,
  • Placing orders in ERP systems,
  • Ensuring prices and invoices correctness in the systems,
  • Monitoring orders completion and other transaction activities according to the current ITG ways of working.
  • Helping to analyse functional data to create and maintain the reports (PR to PO report).
  • Executing assigned tasks by the Superior related to ITG goals and objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Transactional Procurement Operations area.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong English and Polish language skills at least C1 level– written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in both team environment and solo.
  • Microsoft Office abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work with stakeholders on varied levels.
