The Role

This is a senior, high-impact role where your expertise shapes how insight informs business performance across the organisation.

As Shopper Insights Business Partner, you will set the direction for shopper insight strategy, turning complex market and shopper data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform business choices at senior level. You’ll work closely with global and regional stakeholders, applying best-practice research methodologies and industry knowledge to ensure insight sits at the centre of commercial and strategic priorities.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, helping to build a truly insight-led culture, while continuously evolving how insights are generated, communicated and applied.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Shape and guide shopper insight strategy to support business performance at regional or global level
  • Translate complex market and shopper data into clear, actionable insight that informs strategic choices
  • Partner with senior stakeholders through strong insight storytelling, industry expertise and evidence-based perspective
  • Coordinate the identification of patterns, trends and opportunities using research, data tools and segmentation approaches
  • Prioritise research and insight initiatives based on business urgency, impact and available resources
  • Strengthen insight capability across the business by embedding best practices, tools and ways of working

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in shopper, consumer or market insights within complex, matrixed organisations
  • Strong capability in interpreting data and converting insight into commercially relevant recommendations
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies, insight generation and performance measurement
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and influencing through evidence
  • Experience working with data tools, segmentation frameworks and insight platforms in a strategic context
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insight to non-technical audiences
