  • Documentation & Assessments: Prepare impact assessments, internal briefings, and materials for regulatory submissions and government consultations.
  • Compliance & Awareness: Support compliance programs, coordinate audits, and share regulatory updates to strengthen internal awareness, including contributing to corporate communication and PR activities.
  • Cross‑Functional Guidance: Provide operational support to Marketing, Trade, and Sales to ensure commercial activities meet regulatory requirements.
  • External Collaboration & Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and law firms, and help maintain constructive relationships with authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience in regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, compliance, or similar roles within regulated industries (internships or junior roles acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of Romanian and EU regulatory frameworks and policy processes.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and translate it into clear internal guidance, with support from legal advisors.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
