Our Global Insights team is looking a Senior Cluster Insight Analyst who will become the go-to expert for uncovering actionable insights across diverse markets. In this high-impact role, you’ll work independently at the intersection of Consumer Insights and Sales & Trade Intelligence, transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives that shape the future of our business. Principle Accountabilities

  • Strategic Business Planning & Forecasting
    Drive in-market Sell-In and Sell-Out planning. Lead forecasting and performance management efforts, supporting Cluster and Regional QBRs, CEO reviews, and demand planning through Sell-In and Sell-Out forecasting for key categories.

  • Insight Generation & Performance Tracking
    Deliver deep brand insights covering initiative planning. Manage performance reviews and trackers, evaluate initiatives and provide tactical pricing support by monitoring market.

  • Trade & Sales Intelligence
    Generate actionable trade insights, including account prioritization, segmentation, and competitors’ monitoring. Support trade and sales initiative planning, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance execution and market impact.
  • Insight Prioritization & Resource Allocation
    Collaborate with the Head of Cluster Insights and Insight Managers to identify and prioritize stakeholder insight needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and highlighting capability or resourcing gaps to meet strategic objectives.

  • Data Interpretation & Tool Utilization
    Work across multiple data sources to focus investigations and deliver meaningful interpretations. Leverage central self-serve tools—such as the Insight Hub, Consumer Tracker, Hive, and best-practice toolkits—to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Insight Delivery
    Support stakeholders in refining solutions and building business cases, while consistently delivering high-quality insights aligned with centrally defined standards and SLAs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Developing knowledge of insight techniques across brand, marketing and forecasting, sales, trade and pricing, on the market in scope. Ability to apply innovation learnings
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills: can work with multiple data sources, prioritise key areas of investigation, and apply a sound interpretation to findings
  • Can tell stories in a persuasive, articulate and engaging way, challenging stakeholder perspectives
  • Able to develop close stakeholder relationships whilst applying an objective, insight-driven lens to key business problems
  • Ability to embrace change in established operational techniques and practices
  • Ability to work autonomously, when provided with relevant methods, tools and templates
  • Comfortable with working virtually and in person in the Market Poland
