Regional OHSE Manager - Europe

Join our team as a Regional OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our OHSE strategy and ensuring compliance across our global Supply Chain!

Principle Accountabilities

• Advise and collaborate with Cluster Managers, Factory Managers, and OHSE Coordinators on OHSE strategy and performance improvement.
• Support the Head of OHSE – Global Supply Chain (GSC) in fulfilling the Group OHSE Framework and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Standards and conduct Governance Cross Audits to meet legal and social responsibilities.
• Operate in a global matrix environment, providing compliance advice and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Review regional OHSE KPIs, identify issues, and report progress to the Head of OHSE – GSC.
• Prepare and lead Regional/Cluster OHSE Coordinator meetings to drive alignment and continual improvement.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record in OHSE management.
• Experience with ISO45001 and ISO14001 management systems deployment and accreditation.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and prioritization using the Risk Control Hierarchy.
• In-depth knowledge of OHSE standards and legal requirements within the region.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• High level of stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
