We’re now looking for a Project Coordinator – New Generation Products (NGP) to join our team in Warsaw or Poznań. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our next‑generation products to life, coordinating product launches and change initiatives across the full product life-cycle. From new market launches to innovation projects, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief and at the lowest possible cost, without ever compromising on quality.

Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders, you’ll keep information flowing, manage complexity with confidence and make sure every detail supports a smooth journey from market demand to product delivery. Principle Accountabilities

  • Serve as key point of contact and consultants and NGP Realization project managers, providing guidance for singular or cluster of markets supporting the initiation of project documents, project launches, taking responsibility for market specific activities, including the product introduction process
  • Initiate and run projects kick off meetings and activities; ensure all projects are progressed through product introduction process and authorizations are in line with the agreed decision matrix
  • Prepare and distribute project briefing documents, taking into consideration all essential information required in the process. Create and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate the activities of numerous internal departments such as Manufacturing, Product Management, Print Development etc.
  • Follow up on Project status, ensuring that tasks are completed according to cost estimations, market requirements and within agreed time frame
  • Provide updates of project portfolio to the managers and project clients; proactively resolve project bottlenecks

Skills and Experience Required

  • Fluency in written and spoken English along with good intercultural and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in project management, having led complex cross-regional or cross-functional projects, preferably in product introduction
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including effective collaboration with commercial leads
  • Good level knowledge of Excel and Ms Office suite
  • Highly engaged, proactive, and self-driven individual with the ability to think conceptually and demonstrate a growth mindset
  • A pragmatic and results-oriented approach aligned with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
