Procure to Pay Manager (18-months contract)

The Role

This role will focus on leading broad PTP accounting and operational reporting, managing the people, resources, and information systems to deliver effective and efficient PTP processes for Imperial Brands entities. In addition, the person will be responsible for maintaining the transition process for the growing PTP team in the GBS Hub in Cracow.

This is an exciting opportunity allowing a skilled professional to join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees for the duration of 18-months long maternity cover replacement on a full-time, hybrid work model. 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Supervising the requisition management process and purchase requisition triage
  • Overseeing the incoming invoice and credit processing, payments approvals
  • Working with other STP stakeholders surrounding continuous process improvements and the roll out of new technologies for CoC processes to continuously improve the end to end processes and system functionality
  • Activities involving Support Group Audit and Local Audit, business/process changes and operational reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with group policies and group internal controls framework
  • Team management involving organisation setup, driving individual and team performance to achieve results
  • Transition Management

Skills and Experience Required

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid experience in accounting in the international environment - preferably SSC/BPO
  • Direct team management experience of minimum 8 individuals
  • Previous experience within an international organisation, preferably within FMCG area
  • Knowledgeable about applicable laws regulations and interpretations governing accounting framework, financial statements and disclosure, including IFRS and GAAPs
