We're now looking for a Junior IWS Manager to join our factory in Radom and help us take our performance to the next level.

In this role, you'll be a catalyst for change, supporting the implementation and sustainment of the Imperial Operating System (IOS), coaching leaders, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and helping teams unlock their full potential. Principle Accountabilities

  • Supporting the deployment and sustainment of the Imperial Operating System (IOS) and Stop The Stops (STS) methodology across assigned factories.
  • Leading the implementation of standards, tools, and management systems to improve operational performance and eliminate losses.
  • Coaching site leadership teams and operational leaders on IOS, STS, leadership practices, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Developing organizational capabilities through training, workshops, and support for the implementation of the Daily Management System (DMS) and PDCA processes.
  • Monitoring implementation progress through KPIs, maturity assessments, and action plans, while identifying opportunities for further improvement.
  • Supporting organizational transformation through cross-functional collaboration, sharing best practices, and recommending initiatives that drive business priorities and operational excellence.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Solid management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience working with IWS (Integrated Work Systems), Lean Six Sigma, and/or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
  • A mindset and leadership style that supports organizational culture transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong organizational and teamwork capabilities.
  • Flexibility in managing activities and changing priorities, combined with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
