  • Support the improvement of internal information-sharing systems and processes, helping the team work more efficiently and consistently.
  • Provide team coordination and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, managing logistics, drafting meeting notes and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Support preparation for EU stakeholder engagements by developing background briefings, consolidating inputs from internal and external teams, and assisting with meeting preparation.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant degree in Politics, Law, Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment, EU institution, public affairs or policy environment.
  • Strong understanding of the EU legislative and policy-making process.
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex policy and regulatory information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, accountable and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
