Our Oral Nicotine Delivery Category is seeking a passionate and experienced New Product Development Manager to drive our innovation projects and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet consumer needs.

This category is represented by a lean, senior, and agile team with a challenger mindset. We thrive on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional products. As the New Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire breadth of our innovation projects, ensuring effective delivery and maintaining our competitive edge as a part of our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

Drive Agility: Oversee and manage the full spectrum of innovation projects within the OND Category.

  • Product Development: Ensure the timely creation of both new and existing products, meeting quality and cost specifications.
  • Consumer Insight: Utilize your deep understanding of the consumer landscape to co-define and support our innovation pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align perspectives from Insights, Marketing, GSC, Science, and Regulatory Affairs to drive successful product development.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the end-to-end portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Product Expertise: Consult with brand leads on product characteristics required for targeted consumer segments, aligned with brand equity.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in project management and product development
  • Strong understanding of consumer needs and market trends
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

In this role you will be prepared for regular domestic and international travel.
