The Role

A strategic opportunity to lead SAP testing initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

At Unify ULIT, we are seeking a Testing Lead to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support other testing phases (SIT, Performance, etc.) as needed. You will collaborate with global project teams, local business leads, and third-party vendors to ensure the quality, compliance, and successful implementation of SAP solutions across Spain.

Please note that this role is for 16 months starting March 2026 and ending June 2027

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Spain test approach, aligned with global project objectives and metrics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, IT, and global teams, acting as the primary point of contact for all testing activities.
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee UAT, including test scope, scripts, cases, and resource allocation.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution, collaborating with Business Process Leads and Experts to ensure timely issue closure.
  • Validate local configurations and compliance, including regulatory, tax, and operational requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate testing and deployment risks to ensure smooth delivery of SAP solutions.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including third-party vendors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with UAT, performance, regression, and data testing; knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Ability to drive testing excellence, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
  • Experience in SAP deployments and Cutover/Transition Management is desirable.
