The Role

Imagine being at the heart of how new products come to life—connecting people, processes, and technology to deliver innovation at scale. As a Senior Specialist in PLM Systems & PCC Processes Enablement, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system drives efficiency across the organisation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into smart system solutions while ensuring everything remains connected, consistent, and future-ready.

You’ll be a trusted partner to both business and IT, helping to evolve processes, guide digital transformation, and ensure our PLM ecosystem continues to scale effectively. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of PCC-related PLM activities—leading the shift towards more automated, digital-first ways of working. This is a role where curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement will allow you to make a real impact on how products are developed and delivered.

This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow their career, make a meaningful impact, and be part of an inclusive, innovative, global FMCG organization supported by 25,000 employees worldwide.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery of the PLM roadmap, including requirements gathering, solution design, data activities, and system scaling
  • Analyse, model, and improve business processes to ensure effective PLM system integration and optimisation
  • Drive user adoption through change management, training, and ongoing support for PLM functionalities
  • Partner with IT and stakeholders to deliver scalable, consistent, and efficient PLM solutions
  • Act as the operational PLM lead for PCC, identifying inefficiencies and driving digitalisation and automation initiatives
  • Manage PCC-related PLM roadmap activities, ensuring alignment, data quality, and continuous system improvement

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong experience with PLM systems, including development, implementation, or optimisation
  • Proven ability in business process analysis, modelling, and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, with a focus on user adoption
  • Awareness of digitalisation and automation trends, with a proactive approach to innovation
