Hands-On SAP Change Lead – Shape Local Delivery Across ANZ & Tahiti

We’re looking for a hands-on SAP Change Lead with strong commercial experience to join the Unify Programme—a global, ERP-enabled business transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to influence and personalise the role based on your expertise, taking ownership of SAP change delivery across Australia, New Zealand, and Tahiti.

Reporting to the Local Unify Programme Manager and aligned with the Global Change Tower, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local SAP change management activities. This Sydney-based role is offered as a fixed-term contract until February 2026, with an immediate start available.

In this delivery-focused position, you’ll work closely with local business teams and global programme stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of SAP’s global ways of working. Responsibilities include executing communications, training, engagement, and business readiness activities—each aligned with a well-established global change framework.

A solid track record in commercial SAP Change Management (i.e. Pricing, rebate and returns) is essential, as is the ability to build trust and alignment across a wide network of stakeholders. You’ll engage with local, regional, and global teams including the Unify Change Tower and Deployment TeamsFunctional SMEs and Super UsersLocal IT and HR (People & Culture), and Local Leadership and Business Functions.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and execute the SAP Local Change Management Plan, ensuring alignment with global transformation goals.

  • Drive adoption of global SAP processes and systems, acting as a change champion within the market or factory.

  • Lead SAP change impact assessments, develop change action plans and partner with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans.

  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to design and deliver clear, targeted communication and engagement strategies.

  • Coordinate SAP training materials, including role mapping, readiness assessments, scheduling, and resource availability, in partnership with the Training Team.

  • Engage and support the SAP Change Network and Super Users, while providing feedback to the Global Change Tower to refine overall strategy.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven track record in SAP transformation programmes, with hands-on experience driving change initiatives.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders through clear verbal, written, and visual messaging.

  • Adept at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Culturally aware and collaborative, with experience working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

  • Tech-savvy and well-versed in collaboration tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Viva Engage; formal change management qualifications (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) and experience in supply chain, commercial, or finance functions are a plus.
