S&OP Analyst Private Label (m/f/d)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with cluster functions (Finance, Sales) to collect and update forecasting assumptions/drivers and deliver to central forecasting team.
  • Ensure data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity.
  • Support Forecasting analysts with forecast review and provide input/guidance on required adjustments.
  • Prepare Demand Review Meeting for Private Label to ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned between the different stakeholders.
  • Adjustment and validation final demand plan provided by central Demand Planning team (portfolio, phasing, etc.) - key focus next 12 months.
  • Support Input preparation for S&OP Meeting (i.e., gaps, risks & opportunities, demand forecast update, deviation analysis), capture S&OP Meeting Actions/Outputs
  • Support Financial Reconciliation preparation (i.e., WO´s , supply risks & constraints) in line with defined S&OP process
  • Ensure operational cluster supply chain support to central production, materials (NTM) Planning & DRP/Inventory (Replenishment) and Master Data teams to align on production & replenishment plans, phase in/out timings, finished goods & non tobacco material stocks to ensure proper Private Label market supply and avoid NTM/finished goods write offs via central DRP team
  • Support of key Private Label projects affecting the business portfolio (e.g., legal changes (EUTPD), production relocations, product standardizations, design- or health warning changes, new product launches) and deliver required input to central stakeholders via DRP (e.g., Operations Planning, Inventory Management, NTM Planning & Purchasing)

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong analytical capabilities and in-depth understanding of business/financial interrelationships between marketing/sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structure. Understanding of basic internal financial measures such as earnings and Cash flow experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain related roles
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication skills and the capability of building networks and engage in a cross functional global team.
  • Ability to work in large and complex organization.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office (particularly Excel) and experience in SAP (R/3 particularly Material Management, Finance and APO)
