The Role

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a dynamic S&OP Analyst to join our Cluster Supply Chain team and play a pivotal role in strengthening forecasting accuracy and ensuring reliable product availability across Andorra & Gibraltar.

In this highly collaborative role, you will gather, analyze, and communicate demand-driving insights—from new product launches to sales activities - to ensure our Global Supply Chain Demand Planning team receives timely, transparent, and unbiased inputs.

As the central link between Cluster functions and the Global SC Hub (DRP & Demand Planning), you will transform market intelligence into clear forecast guidance that drives smarter decisions and seamless supply.

You will also contribute to key business planning processes, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP), helping to steer market supply, stock levels, and operational execution.

Location: Madrid - Hybrid (within country) 

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of demand drivers - including sales activities, NPI launches, marketing actions, and replenishment volumes - to support accurate forecasting.
  • Serve as the key Cluster contact for DRP and Global Demand Planning teams, ensuring demand drivers, phase-in/phase-out plans, and stock requirements are reflected correctly in forecasts.
  • Support and prepare for monthly IBP and weekly ITP cycles, ensuring alignment across markets, highlighting forecast variances, and coordinating required adjustments.
  • Monitor stock levels, slow-moving and aged inventory, and air freight/NTM/FG write-offs, recommending mitigation actions to avoid out-of-stocks and optimize supply.
  • Represent the Cluster in Weekly Demand Control, Weekly Risk Review, and ITP meetings, communicating risks, insights, and scenario plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure synchronized planning and execution of market activities and operational projects.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain functions, ideally within Demand or Supply Planning
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in data analysis and working with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Experience working across interfaces and complex organizational structures.
