Location: Warsaw, Poland

The Reporting & BI Lead role reports into the Global Data Tower Lead

The Reporting & BI Lead role is a key role in the ISC Program and is responsible for the Reporting & BI delivery portfolio within the scope of the Integrated Supply Chain Program.

The role emcompasses communication with key program stakeholders and senior leaders in the GSC function to align the delivery portfolio to the business objectives.

Development and regular refinement of the Reporting & BI portfolio in alignment with the functional towers, Program PMO and the IT delivery team.

Act as custodian of data ownership and data quality to improve maturity and data literacy of the program stakeholders.

Working with Global IT and leading on the development of the reporting and BI strategy and technology roadmap in support of the ISC program objectives and wider GSC function.

Ensure alignment with the Supply Chain Excellence Team with respect to the ongoing development of the Datawarehouse, Reporting and BI solution portfolio, especially SIM Datawarehouse

Functional Program Towers, BPO's and functional stakeholders PMO, Global IT Delivery, Global IT Enterprise Architecture

The Reporting & BI Lead - alongside the the Global Data Tower Lead and with PMO - develops and maintains the delivery portfolio including planning and prioritization of scope, work packages, timelines and costs.

Principle Accountabilities

  • The Reporting & BI Lead represents Data, Reporting and BI in the ISC Program TDA and acts as delegate for the Globa Data Tower Lead as part of the ISC program governance.
  • A key activity is to oversee the delivery portfolio health and status, to identify critical dependencies and to manage the Risks and Issues associated with the delivery portfolio.
  • The Reporting & BI Lead is responsible for managing the Reporting & BI team within the ISC Global Data Tower including prioritization and planning of tasks, development of the team and performance management.
  • Together with PMO and Global IT Delivery the Reporting & BI lead manage the communication, the budget and the 3rd party vendors of the delivery portfolio.
  • The Reporting & BI lead ensures that communication plans are maintained and regular portfolio status updates are provided aligned to the ISC program governance.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 5-7 years proven experience in Supply Chain Management in FMCG Industry
  • Proven experience in team & people management including matrix organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data warehouse, data integration and BI technologies.
  • Driven, self-organised with an ability to focus on what matters
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to coach others
  • Organisational awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders on all levels both through formal communication and informal networking.
  • Experience in Project Management is desirable
  • Experience in Microsoft Data Platform technologies and PowerBI is desired.
