This is a field-based role, and you will need to be able to travel to your customers sites across Cork, Tipperary, Dungarvan and surrounding areas. You will ideally live in North Cork to make it easier to travel to your customers sites.

All candidates must hold a valid Full driving licence.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Managing and growing a defined territory across Cork, Tipperary, Dungarvan and surrounding areas
  • Delivering against key KPIs across key accounts, wholesalers, and independent retailers
  • Building strong, value-led relationships with customers and partners
  • Driving sales, distribution, availability, and market share
  • Influencing and educating retailers on category insights, shopper behaviour, and legislation
  • Identifying new business opportunities and executing in-store initiatives

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven FMCG field sales experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong track record of building relationships and driving sales in retail environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong time and territory management
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
  • Driven to exceed targets and continuously improve performance

  • €41,500 per annum base salary
