Zakres odpowiedzialności
Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Nadzór nad pracą zespołu produkcyjnego na zmianie w obszarze Małej Fabryki
- Realizacja planu produkcji i dbanie o jakość wytwarzanych produktów
- Współpraca w celu utrzymania kosztów produkcji na odpowiednim poziomie
- Udział w projektach rozwojowych (inwestycyjnych i organizacyjnych)
- Dbanie o przestrzeganie obowiązujących standardów i procedur
- Zastępowanie Lidera Utrzymania Ruchu w weekendy (koordynacja pracy Mechaników i Elektroników)
Umiejętności i doświadczenie
Nasze wymagania
- Wykształcenie średnie (preferowane techniczne)
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i w branży produkcyjnej
- Gotowość do pracy 3-zmianowej i 4-brygadowej
- Znajomość procesu technologicznego
- Umiejętności liderskie i komunikacyjne
- Wysoka motywacja do osiągania celów
- Umiejętność pracy w zmieniającym się środowisku
- Dobra obsługa pakietu MS Office
- Uprawnienia dozorowe wymagane przepisami
