In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of procurement by contributing to the development of a cutting-edge leaf procurement system and driving process improvements across vendor management, budget monitoring, supplier master data, and contract oversight. With a diverse range of responsibilities spanning PO creation, GFO maintenance, and collaboration with our Supply Chain and Finance communities, no two days will be the same.

Principle Accountabilities

  • System Administration & Reporting: Administer systems to execute and enhance Leaf Procurement reporting requirements, including the GFO system. Provide full technical support and drive system improvements internally and with third-party vendors.
  • Vendor Master Data Management: Lead leaf vendor master data flows, ensuring accurate supplier updates and appropriate payment terms to support efficient procurement operations.
  • Budget & Operational Support: Support internal departmental budget control, including purchase order (PO) creation, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with Supply Chain Finance and the wider Finance community to ensure alignment and effective communication across functions.
  • Flexible Team Engagement: Adapt to a diverse range of daily tasks based on team needs, demonstrating agility and responsiveness.
  • Reporting Development & Improvement: Support the development and continuous improvement of functional reporting, including data enrichment, verification frameworks, relevant KPIs, scorecards, and reporting cadence.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Solid experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, to manage data and report tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent written and spoken English 
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clear communication across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Pronounced analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Versatility in thinking and working, demonstrating adaptability across varied tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, contributing to inclusive and collaborative team dynamics.
