HR Coordinator

The Role

Location: Bristol/hybrid

As a key member of our global People Services (HR) function, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fast-paced business runs smoothly - from hire to retire. Supporting over 1,200 colleagues and leaders across the UK & Ireland, you will deliver timely, compliant, and people-centred solutions that shape our culture and drive performance within our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

• Deliver end-to-end People & Culture administration with precision and care
• Manage monthly processes to meet payroll deadlines using HRIS systems
• Resolve Level 1 queries, escalating complex issues when needed
• Maintain and report on data in our People & Culture Information System, supporting system upgrades and testing
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and global/local policies
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects 
• Collaborate across People & Culture teams to drive continuous improvement

Skills and Experience Required

• Eager to build a career in People & Culture function or ready to take your admin expertise to the next level
• Comfortable navigating systems (Workday experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A natural communicator who enjoys solving problems and building relationships
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about customer service
• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
