The Role

This is your opportunity to shape the future of Next Generation Products in one of our most significant and high-potential markets.

You will own the strategy, define the direction, and build the roadmap that will allow us to significantly scale our presence in Germany. You will not simply execute a plan; you will shape the vision, validate the opportunity, and bring the organisation with you.

Working at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, you will define how NGP succeeds in Germany - ensuring a fully consumer-led, insight-driven and commercially sound approach across all categories. With high visibility across the Global Consumer Office and regional teams, this role offers genuine scope to shape outcomes and accelerate your career.

You will guide and develop a talented marketing team, embed entrepreneurial thinking, and drive performance with clarity, pace and accountability. If you are a fundamentally strong marketeer with commercial awareness, the ability to inspire others, and a track record of sustained growth, this is a rare opportunity to build something transformative.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and deliver the NGP strategy for Germany, aligning global frameworks with local market opportunity and consumer insight
  • Set clear targets and shape business planning across all NGP categories, ensuring delivery of market share, revenue, A&P and profit KPIs
  • Support and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and a strong performance culture
  • Drive portfolio strategy, launches, activation toolkits and D2C expansion, ensuring consumer journey thinking across all touchpoints
  • Manage the NGP budget and performance rhythm, using data and insight to optimise investment and adjust where required
  • Act as the senior cluster point of contact for global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, regulatory readiness and seamless execution

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in marketing, category management or strategy within FMCG or similarly dynamic environments
  • Proven track record of building and growing brands with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience supporting and developing teams within complex, matrixed organisations
  • Strong strategic and insight-oriented mindset, with evidence of data-informed thinking and performance delivery
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders at senior levels and navigating cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is advantageous
