The Role

We’re looking for a PMO Analyst in Sofia to support governance, reporting, and operational efficiency across key enterprise programs. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and experienced in PMO or project coordination, with any level of skills in tools like SharePoint, and Power BI. A great opportunity to shape project delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.
Principle Accountabilities
Manage contract and financial processes, including Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and accruals.
Support governance by scheduling and coordinating stage gate reviews and checkpoints.
Ensure accuracy of portfolio data across project management tools and systems.
Provide guidance and support on SharePoint, and reporting tools.
Coordinate project reporting activities, including agendas, reminders, and QA.
Support onboarding of new project managers on PMO standards and tools.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in PMO or project coordination, with a solid understanding of governance and reporting processes
Familiarity with managing project financials, contracts, and vendor documentation
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to support reporting and data analysis
Skilled in using project management tools such as SharePoint, or similar systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple workstreams
Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
