The Role
Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful consumer connections? We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join our Digital Team at Imperial Brands within the CEE Cluster.
As part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, the CRM Specialist will play a key role in shaping and leading the multichannel consumer journey—spanning registration, conversion, retention, win-back, and anti-churn initiatives across both online and offline touchpoints.
This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments. The CRM Specialist will work closely with stakeholders across Key Accounts, Independent Retail, and Pulze.cz, as well as with our Market Manager, Finance, global and regional CRM and Digital teams, and the Category team, ensuring all efforts are strategically aligned and consumer-focused.
With a strong emphasis on increasing revenue per consumer while maintaining operational profitability and boosting market share, the CRM Specialist will be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts in a dynamic and growing region.

Principle Accountabilities
Lead the design and execution of CRM and retention strategies aligned with business objectives across all omnichannel touchpoints.
Improve CRM efficiency and performance by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. engagement rates, conversion, revenue attribution) to assess and optimize CRM effectiveness.
Use A/B testing and consumer journey analysis to drive data-informed improvements and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally and support commercial initiatives, ensuring CRM activities are well-integrated and aligned with broader goals.
Manage CRM communication materials and budgets, ensuring brand consistency and a strong return on investment.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or retention initiatives—experience from any data-rich industry is welcome
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, ideally with coordination across markets or teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional proficiency in English; native-level Czech required
