The Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Czech & Slovak finance team on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. This role combines FP&A, controlling and commercial finance with hands-on responsibility for planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the Czech and Slovak markets. It is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibility.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a co-pilot to the Finance Manager CZ & SK and a trusted partner to local Market Leadership, Sales and Trade Marketing teams. You will help shape commercial outcomes through insight, analysis and clear financial storytelling, influencing decisions that drive revenue growth, margin improvement and cash optimisation.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for CZ & SK markets, including monthly performance reviews

  • Deliver financial analysis, scenario modelling and decision support to drive revenue, margin and cash

  • Partner with Sales & Trade Marketing on trade investments, joint business planning and target setting

  • Prepare clear financial commentary and insights for market leadership and business reviews

  • Own reporting quality, data governance and drive automation and standardisation

  • Support investment and capital allocation decisions through financial modelling and appraisal

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in FP&A, controlling or commercial finance within an international or matrix environment

  • Strong financial analysis skills, including scenario modelling and investment evaluation

  • Comfort working with financial data, systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI or similar

  • Ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

  • Collaborative approach, attention to detail and ownership of outcomes

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; Czech or Slovak is an advantage
