As an E2E Planning Team Manager, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Global Supply Chain and beyond, aligning strategies with execution and driving continuous improvements. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks across borders, and wants to influence the way our products reach consumers around the world.

  • Ensure reliable market supply by monitoring risks, implementing mitigation plans, and overseeing service and inventory performance.
  • Supervise creation, review, and adjustment of operational/tactical distribution plans and production schedules, acting as advisor and escalating critical risks when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners across Clusters, Factories, and Central functions, ensuring timely, structured communication.
  • Track and analyse service and inventory KPIs, provide insights on closed sales periods, and monitor future availability outlooks to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to the development of the E2E Supply Chain Hub and drive continuous improvement of existing and new processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in planning within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 1+ year of experience managing teams in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of E2E supply chain processes, with exposure to both markets and production.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and delivering results aligned with strategic goals.
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills, with ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English (company business language); additional languages such as Spanish, German, French, or Polish are an advantage.

What We Offer

In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
