The role

Are you passionate about blending marketing expertise with international travel? The Trade Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role that oversees trade marketing operations across the East Region, spanning Greece, Turkey, Africa and APAC. This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the high-end duty-free sector, work closely with diverse cultures, and leave your mark on a global stage.

Expect extensive travel (approximately 1 week per month or more during peak projects), collaboration with regional and global teams, and the chance to shape premium marketing activations. This role is perfect for a driven professional looking to expand their horizons while working in a vibrant and luxurious environment.

Key accountabilities

 

  • Coordinate training, engagement, and planning for in-store staff
  • Deliver and update training for sales and promotional staff, both in-person and virtually.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (contacts, trials, volume) to ensure target achievements.
  • Act as the main contact for regional field staff, supporting and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular in-market coaching and product training for retail staff.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute the 5Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People) at the point of sale.

 

 

Skills & experience

  • Experience in Sales/Marketing in FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred based on region.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of trade and consumer marketing; agency management experience is a plus.
