The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Regulatory Counsel our Brand & Product Regulation Counsel will facilitate and control the delivery of high-quality, commercial legal advice on a broad range of regulatory matters, special projects, compliance materials and training.

 

As our Brand & Product Regulation Counsel you will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Providing legal advice/guidance and support to the business
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders within Global Consumer Office, Global Supply Chain, Cluster/Market CLA, Group Corporate Affairs and Group Science and Regulatory Affairs
  • Reviewing and updating existing and new Guidance Documents and resources 
  • Supporting in preparation of training presentations, databases, materials and resources
  • Participating in special projects

Skills and Experience Required

  • EU/UK qualified solicitor with PQE experience within a commercial sector
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven ability to work with teams and partners across multiple geographies
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
