The Role

As the Assistant to the Poland Management and CEE Team, you will play a key role in driving smooth and efficient operations. You’ll be the go-to person for high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless communication, coordination of meetings and travel, and meticulous handling of documentation. Your contribution will help the leadership team stay connected, and empowered to lead with impact across the region.

Principle Accountabilities

· Provide proactive support to the local management team by planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, as well as preparing high-quality presentations and translations.

· Manage all correspondence and documentation with precision, ensuring proper administration, filing, and confidentiality.

· Organize and oversee business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense coordination.

· Handle all logistical and organizational aspects related to guest visits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

· Monitor office supplies and ensure consistent availability to support daily operations.

Skills and Experience Required

· Proven experience in administrative roles within large, dynamic organizations.

· Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, enabling clear and professional communication.

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to create polished documents, presentations, and reports.

· Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across diverse teams and all levels of the organization.

· A motivated mindset, eager to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
