As a Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving product innovation, from next-generation vapes to other cutting-edge offerings. Your insights will shape the development of healthier, market-leading products that meet evolving consumer needs.

 

You’ll collaborate with teams across Finance, Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain, ensuring that every product evolution is backed by sound data and strategic recommendations. Principle Accountabilities

  • Create thoughtful business recommendations to support new product launches
  • Apply a varied set analytical techniques to explore scenarios and evaluate how different factors may influence outcomes
  • Partner with Consumer Research teams to understand and incorporate insights from surveys and market feedback
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable effective collaboration and seamless preparation for product launches
  • Translate information into meaningful insights that shape business planning and actions
  • Build trust with senior team members by sharing thoughtful ideas and facilitating productive conversations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Expertise in developing business cases, particularly for new product launches, to support strategic initiatives
  • High-level understanding of P&L, with the ability to assess financial outcomes effectively
  • Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, and analyzing the impact of business variables on outcomes
  • Skilled in interpreting consumer research outputs (e.g., surveys and questionnaires) and collaborating with consumer research teams to align insights with business needs
  • Experience in FMCG with a strong track record of delivering results in cross-functional settings
