As a Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and innovation within our E2E tower team (ISC Programme). This exciting opportunity allows you to blend your expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Training with a strong focus on Operations Planning (OpsPl) & Local Scheduling (LS). You will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply planning processes, ensuring seamless execution while collaborating with key business and IT stakeholders.

Principle Accountabilities

  • UAT Champion: Lead engaging UAT sessions, collaborate with IT and business experts to gather feedback, and resolve issues for a seamless user experience.
  • Training Guru: Design and deliver dynamic training sessions, develop user-friendly materials, and provide ongoing support to empower business teams.
  • OpsPl/LS & Inventory Optimization: Partner with programme and business experts to develop finished goods planning solutions and enhance supply chain agility.
  • Operational Efficiency Advocate: Identify improvement opportunities, implement lean principles, and drive continuous improvement for cost reduction and streamlined operations.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work with cross-functional teams to align project plans with business goals, fostering strong relationships to deliver effective solutions.
  • Risk Management & Data Analysis: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and create insightful reports to support informed decision-making.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to simplify complex information and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Team Spirit: A proactive, flexible mindset and a desire to go the extra mile!
