As a Supply Planning Specialist, you will be a key player within our E2E tower team (ISC Programme), focusing on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to drive efficiency and innovation. Your expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Training will be essential in ensuring our systems meet business needs while equipping teams with the knowledge to maximize their potential.

Principle Accountabilities

  • UAT Champion: Lead engaging User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, collaborate with IT and business experts to gather feedback, and resolve issues for a seamless system experience.
  • Training Guru: Design and deliver dynamic training sessions, create user-friendly materials, and provide ongoing support to empower business teams.
  • MRP & Inventory Optimization: Work with programme and business experts to develop material planning solutions that enhance supply chain agility and efficiency.
  • Operational Efficiency Advocate: Identify improvement opportunities, implement lean principles, and drive continuous improvement to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Engage with cross-functional teams to align project plans with business goals, building strong relationships to deliver effective, business-driven solutions.
  • Risk Management & Data Analysis: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and create insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to simplify complex information and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Team Spirit: A proactive, flexible mindset and a desire to go the extra mile!
