The Role

Imperial Brands is a leading global FMCG company with more than 25,000 employees worldwide, operating across complex international supply chains and diverse markets. As part of our ongoing transformation, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) play a vital role in connecting demand, supply, portfolio, and financial planning across our organisation.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst – IBP DACH (m/f/d) to support the coordination and continuous improvement of our IBP and ITP processes across the DACH region. Working closely with the IBP & ITP Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will facilitate planning forums, monitor key supply-chain indicators, analyse risks and opportunities, and help translate complex data into clear business recommendations. This 12-month position provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to regional and global supply-chain decision-making within an international FMCG organisation.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of monthly IBP and ITP review meetings, ensuring that meetings, presentations and contributions from the responsible teams are completed on time
  • Facilitate DACH Product and Portfolio Reviews and coordinate IBP-related KPI performance reviews
  • Manage meeting documentation, including minutes, action and decision logs, as well as risk and opportunity tracking across Product, Demand, Supply and Business Reconciliation forums
  • Monitor air-freight costs, NTM and finished-goods write-off allocations, as well as slow-moving and aged inventory, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
  • Support Financial Reconciliation by analysing the final demand plan, demand scenarios, supply risks and operational constraints
  • Prepare and analyse business cases and critical topics for Cluster Business Reviews while continuously identifying opportunities to improve regional and global IBP and ITP processes

Skills and Experience Required

  • University degree in an analytical discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • At least two years of professional experience within a supply-chain function, ideally in demand planning, supply planning or integrated business planning
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in data analysis, scenario planning and presenting clear, compelling insights from complex data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data-visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply-chain processes, commercial business drivers and fundamental P&L principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, cultures and organisational levels in English
