The Role

Location: Poznań, hybrid within the country

Join our Sales Operations team and help drive business performance through accurate sales forecasting (sell-in), business analytics, and data-driven recommendations.

If you enjoy working with data, identifying trends, planning future business outcomes, and partnering with multiple stakeholders across the organization, this role is for you. You will play a key role in sales forecasting, business planning, and supporting commercial decision-making.

 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term sales forecasts across categories and channels and monitor performance against plans and forecasts, proactively recommending corrective actions where needed.
  • Analyse sales performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting business results.
  • Support business planning and demand forecasting processes across the organization.
  • Deliver reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations that support management decision-making as well as improve reporting and business intelligence solutions to enhance business visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and business impact assessments to support commercial initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Insights, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between forecasts, plans, and operational execution and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, business analytics, Sales Operations, or commercial finance.
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and business leaders across different functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations; experience with Power BI, SQL, databases, or other analytical tools would be preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
