Ready to lead game-changing projects and shape the future of the UKI Cluster?

This newly created 18-month FTC offers a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of our Cluster. Reporting directly to the GM UKI Cluster and working closely with members of the Cluster Leadership Team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives that are critical to the clusters must win battles.

You’ll be at the heart of programme & project design, planning, and execution—partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery is timely, aligned, and value-driven. This is a highly visible role, requiring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead programme & project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with time, cost, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed programme & project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders, synthesising updates and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate structured workshops and reviews, including kick-offs, stage gates, and lessons learned retrospectives.
  • Embed strong governance and project disciplines, ensuring compliance with internal standards and strategic alignment.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programmes & projects across functions and matrix environment.
  • Strong project management expertise, with deep understanding of constrained planning and critical path management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and across cultures.
  • Strategic mindset, with high commercial awareness and the ability to align programme scope with business priorities.
  • Experience managing remote teams, coordinating across time zones and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent), ideally in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or project management.
