The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator for our Next Generation Products. Drive the launch of new products and innovations across NGP markets, championing projects from early concept to full rollout. You’ll own and improve category processes, keep stakeholders aligned, and lead market‑level initiatives that shape best practices. If you love turning ideas into impact, this role is built for you. 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead and support all NGP drumbeat projects by serving as the key point of contact and consultant, ensuring correct inputs, managing project rollouts, standardizing information for market briefings, and establishing best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by documenting learnings and change‑implementation plans, updating the team on drumbeat progress, and highlighting opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end project execution by initiating and running kick‑off meetings, preparing and distributing comprehensive project briefing documents, coordinating team activities, tracking project status, and keeping all stakeholders updated.
  • Drive issue resolution and support broader initiatives by proactively addressing project bottlenecks, and contributing to the planning and implementation of non‑PIP projects.
  • Lead transparent, market‑level project communication by organizing and running regular update meetings, presenting portfolio status and current issues, providing full visibility of the project portfolio to managers and project clients.
  • Strengthen market engagement and project governance by proactively connecting with markets to identify upcoming initiatives, reporting on completed projects, conducting post‑project reviews, and ensuring all project documentation is properly archived.
  • Provide cross‑team support by deputizing for PCC colleagues during their absence and collaborating closely with the Line Manager on cross‑functional, process‑related projects to ensure continuity and effective delivery.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proactive attitude and pragmatic approach driving for results in line with business needs and stakeholder requirements,
  • Very good Project Management skills,
  • Open and transparent communication and proactive sharing of knowledge,
  • Good intercultural, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of the Product Introduction Process,
  • Good working knowledge of IT programmes e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project and PLM system, Knowledge of other IT Systems e.g. SAP-APO, GPS would be advantageous,
  • Fluent in English is a must, additional language will be advantageous.
