Principle Accountabilities

  • Drive Financial Performance & Planning: Lead month-end analysis, budget forecasting, and cost-setting processes with insightful commentary to support Global Supply Chain (GSC) reporting and decision-making.

  • Ensure Financial Compliance: Own NGP-specific compliance processes, maintain accurate financial master data, and uphold strong controls across group systems.

  • Streamline Processes & Reporting: Improve manufacturing and supply chain procedures, reconcile inventory and balance sheet accounts, and enhance reporting efficiency—potentially using tools like Power BI.

  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with stakeholders in procurement, operations, and GCO to address issues, support commercial decisions, and critically assess business case performance.

  • Provide Expert Financial Insight: Act as a subject matter expert on NGP finance topics, offering guidance across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

  • Uphold Standards & Flexibility: Adhere to safety, ethics, and company values while remaining adaptable to perform other job-related duties as needed.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in controlling / business partnering / FP&A.
  • Ability to present data and findings clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work.
