Supported by a team of 26,000 talented individuals worldwide, we’re looking for a passionate NGP Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, robust controls, and strategic support for projects that bring new and exciting products to market at competitive costs.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing month-end reports with insightful commentary comparing actuals to budget and forecast, including key messages for Global Supply Chain results.
  • Lead budgeting, cost-setting and forecasting processes, ensuring teams understand the impact of assumptions on overall business performance.
  • Maintain strong financial compliance, including ownership of NGP-specific processes, master data, inventory reconciliations, and balance sheet accuracy in line with IFRS.
  • Drive process improvements across NGP manufacturing and supply chain, streamlining month-end reporting and exploring tools such as Power BI for efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decisions, modelling scenarios, reviewing business cases, and assessing actual returns against assumptions to optimise investments.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to Supply Chain and Finance teams on NGP topics, ensuring adherence to safety, ethics, and organisational values.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 1–3 years’ experience in controlling, business partnering, or FP&A roles.
  • Proven ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Skilled in analysing financial information to support business decision-making.
