The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales teams by ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate sales operations. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling our sales channels by managing operational processes, supporting order management, and delivering high-quality administrative and analytical support.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid work set-up

Fixed-term contract 12-month

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide sales operational support across multiple sales channels.
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and contract administration.
  • Maintain and update sales data and operational records to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Support the team with administrative activities and operational guidance.
  • Assist with sales data analysis and reporting where required.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in Portuguese. Proficiency in English is desirable.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
