The Role

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Join us as a Data Analyst for Procurement Insights! You'll analyze functional data, create and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards, and deliver insights that drive procurement excellence. Work with supplier, cost, financial, SRM, ESG & Risk data, and manage reporting from third-party suppliers. Identify trends and gaps in data reporting capabilities. Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver data-driven reports on procurement performance, suppliers, financials, cost targets, SRM, ESG & Risk, scorecards, and presentations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of critical data inputs using organizational tools.
  • Support category and regional teams with insights on suppliers, performance, and costs.
  • Deliver reports for Leadership and the wider function using relevant systems.
  • Build relationships with category and market teams to provide proactive insights and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Promote data integrity and uniformity, escalate risks, and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficient in data management, manipulation, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and numerical, financial, and data analysis abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with good communication and presentation skills. Spanish would be an asset.
  • Experienced in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and workflow automation tools.
  • Versatile team player, effective in both team-oriented and independent settings.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management at various levels for productive relationships.
  • Availability to work afternoon shift 1 day a week.
