Imperial Brands is a truly inclusive and innovative organisation, powered by 25,000 talented people worldwide. We’re looking for a Performance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A Finance team in Madrid.
In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in tracking performance, delivering insightful reporting, and driving analysis that supports strategic decisions.

 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly performance reports and variance analysis.
  • Assist in consolidating financial data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help with forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Update dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Substantial relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excel requires; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English and a team player with a proactive attitude.
