The Role

As a Junior Export Operations Coordinator, you will support the smooth flow of products across international markets, ensuring timely and complete deliveries. You will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG company with 25,000 employees, where collaboration and operational excellence are part of everyday work.

In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, working closely with markets, customers, production planning and logistics teams. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP order management, DRP collaboration and export documentation, building a strong foundation for a career in supply chain and operations.

You will work daily with DRP, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, contributing directly to high service levels and OTIF performance. This role combines operational responsibility, analytical work and international exposure, making it ideal for ambitious candidates looking to grow in a global FMCG environment.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned markets for all order management activities, ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
  • Manage end-to-end customer orders in SAP, including entry, confirmation, monitoring and coordination with customers and DRP teams.
  • Coordinate shipments with markets, factories, dispatch locations and transport providers, covering the full SAP delivery and invoicing flow.
  • Monitor phase-in/phase-out plans and proactively manage risks to supply continuity.
  • Support transport optimization and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation in line with customs, tax and trade compliance requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in logistics, customer service or order management within an international environment
  • Good understanding of logistics, transport operations, supply chain principles and business processes
  • Experience with SAP (ITP module as a strong advantage) and working with order-to-cash flows, including invoicing and financial documentation
  • Knowledge of customs procedures, export documentation and international trade requirements
  • Strong customer orientation with a proactive, well-organized and analytical approach to work
  • Fluent English and at least one additional language; strong communication skills
