The Role

We are looking for a Head of Trade Marketing to join our leadership team in Stockholm and drive the strategic direction of all Trade Marketing activities across categories, including the cycle plan for Skruf AB, field force planning for over 30 members, and innovative trade engagement programmes. Reporting to the Market Manager, this high-impact role combines hands-on execution with strategic responsibility, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how our brands connect with consumers. With a competitive package, hybrid working, and 30 days’ holiday, this is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with FMCG or tobacco experience and strong CRM/field force expertise to make a lasting impact while developing their career.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead the Cycle Plan by aligning brand priorities with customer and shopper strategies, ensuring seamless execution with Brand, KAM, and Field Force teams.
  • Drive commercial planning to maximise ROI and strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Optimise field force effectiveness through CRM, data-driven insights, coverage planning, and performance KPIs.
  • Create impactful trade & shopper campaigns with tailored initiatives, POS visibility, and border-customer engagement.
  • Build strong trade advocacy by fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts, field teams, and agencies.
  • Enhance retail visibility via in-store furniture strategy, inventory management, and cost-effective deployment.

  • Excellence in translating brand strategy into market-winning execution
  • Route-to-Market and shopper marketing expertise
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • High-impact stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven people leader with ability to coach, mentor, and build teams Analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Creativity and innovation in developing shopper Solutions
