The Role

Are you a forward-thinking leader who thrives on challenging the status quo, influencing senior stakeholders and driving meaningful business transformation?

In this leadership role, you will play a key part in transforming how we measure, manage and improve performance across our global operations. You will shape our performance management framework, strengthen accountability and help embed a culture where transparency, continuous improvement and proactive decision-making are at the heart of everything we do.

You will turn complex performance insights into clear priorities and actionable decisions. It’s an opportunity to influence how a global function operates, challenge established ways of working and make a lasting impact on business performance.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and continuously develop the GSC (Global Supply Chain) performance management framework, including KPIs, targets, governance standards and annual objective-setting processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across functions.
  • Champion a culture of performance transparency, accountability and continuous improvement, challenging existing practices and encouraging proactive identification and resolution of performance issues.
  • Identify performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions and forward-looking performance management.
  • Partner with GSC functional leaders and senior executives to align priorities, challenge assumptions and translate complex performance information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee leadership forums, executive presentations and performance reviews, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring critical business topics receive appropriate attention.
  • Foster collaboration, strengthen capabilities and drive consistent performance standards across GSC.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong background in business performance management, KPI governance, operational excellence or large-scale performance improvement initiatives, ideally within a complex, global organisation.
  • Ability to engage, influence and constructively challenge senior executives, build credibility across functions and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional transformation initiatives, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable behavioural change.
  • Ability to interpret complex performance data, identify root causes and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive storytelling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
