Working closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, P&C, and Supply Chain, you’ll help ensure our market strategies are financially resilient and future-focused.

This role is ideal for a connected, forward-thinking leader who brings clarity through data, challenges constructively, and inspires high performance.

  • Drive Market Performance: Analyse financial results across the Nordics, highlight key variances, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Lead KPI tracking, performance reporting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead Planning & Strategy: Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle, challenging assumptions and shaping strong financial plans. Partner with Market Managers to deliver aligned, long-term strategic direction across all three markets.
  • Oversee Core Finance Operations: Ensure accurate accounting, statutory reporting, tax, and controlling activities. Lead all finance functions with a focus on compliance, quality, and supporting the BU’s strategic goals.
  • Be a Trusted Business Partner: Build strong cross-functional relationships and work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, P&C, and Supply Chain to ensure market strategies are financially sound and commercially viable.
  • Strengthen Risk & Governance: Identify key financial risks, implement effective controls, and champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and robust financial management.
  • Develop Talent & Capability: Coach and elevate the finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Boost financial literacy across the business and champion ongoing data, technology, and operating model transformation.
