In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth and timely cross-border delivery of goods by managing the full order fulfillment cycle. From liaising with international clients and coordinating production schedules to overseeing logistics and ensuring compliance with export documentation, you’ll be at the heart of our global supply chain operations.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Market Coordination & Order Execution

    • Serve as key contact for defined markets, ensuring smooth order execution and continuous supply.
    • Monitor phase-in/phase-out plans and ensure accurate reflection in order management.
    • Take proactive actions to resolve deviations affecting market or customer supply.
  • Customer Order Management

    • Handle all sales order processes: entry, confirmation, communication, and monitoring.
    • Align order details with DRP/customers and ensure timely updates on order status.
  • Shipment & Logistics Coordination

    • Coordinate shipments with customers, DRP, dispatch locations, factories, and transport providers.
    • Release orders, monitor credit thresholds, and manage SAP flow (delivery note, PGI, invoice) and other logistic related tasks.
    • Collaborate to optimize transport units and logistics efficiency.
  • Export Documentation & Compliance

    • Prepare and share export documents in line with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Ensure timely delivery of documents for customs clearance and coordinate inspections as needed.
  • Exception Handling & Master Data Management

    • Manage exceptions such as returns, missing stock, damages, and theft.
    • Coordinate and maintain master data for products, pricing, customers, and logistics flows.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

    • Track KPIs and logistics complaints; lead improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Professional Experience:
    Solid background in logistics, customer service, and transport operations.

  • System Knowledge:
    Proficient in SAP and familiar with managing financial flows related to invoicing.

  • Regulatory Expertise:
    Good understanding of customs procedures and international trade regulations.

  • Language Skills:
    Fluent in English (fluency in French would a benefit).

  • Core Competencies:
    Strong customer orientation, proactive mindset, ability to anticipate needs, and excellent communication skills; organisational skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, and reliability.
