The Role

Join Imperial Brands — an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business powered by 25,000 employees worldwide!

We’re looking for a motivated E2E Logistics & Customer Service Executive to join our Oslo team and help ensure seamless logistics and outstanding customer service for the Norwegian market.

In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day Secondary Logistics and Customer Service operations, from managing orders, returns, and destruction handling, to resolving customer complaints and ensuring full T&T compliance. You’ll help secure market supply by preventing out‑of‑stocks, maintaining strong service levels, and overseeing our local 3PL hub.

You’ll contribute to annual budget, concept, and contract reviews, support trade promotions and stock builds, and drive continuous improvement in the customer ordering process. As the local logistics contact for global Supply Chain teams, you’ll help ensure stable operations and accurate sell‑in forecasting within our IBP/ITP framework.

If you’re ready to make an impact in a dynamic FMCG environment — we’d love to hear from you!
