The Role

Hey, we’re looking for a Customer Financial Analayst—and you might be the perfect fit! In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales & Trade Marketing, using your financial expertise to drive revenue, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability.

You’ll be the go-to person for strategic insights, financial planning, and business growth opportunities. Whether it’s supporting contract negotiations, analysing market trends, or identifying cost savings, your work will directly shape our commercial success.

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide strategic insights on route to market, distribution channels, trade investments, and pricing.
  • Integrate Revenue Growth Management principles into commercial decision-making.
  • Analyse revenue and profitability by customer, product, channel, and SKU to maximize margins.
  • Support customer contract negotiations, including Joint Business Planning, discounts, and rebates.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and business growth.
  • Enable financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic business reviews to drive profitability.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), MBA or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in finance business partnering and / or FP&A
  • Ability to present data and findings concisely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work
